It’s been quite a year so far and although many things have changed and look different, Boxes of Love Africa, is still one of our projects that we will continue to do, through CLA Langley, it will just look a little different this year! 

This year, CLA is unable to send the boxes out to churches to fill.  Their plan is to have the boxes assembled at CLA Church in Langley, and have a group of volunteers to fill the boxes. They will do all the shopping, and filling of the boxes.

Anyone that would like to participate in this mission is asked to sponsor a box for a minimum of $40.00 each to cover the costs which includes: 

  • School supplies
  • Gifts for children
  • Teachers and staff gifts
  • Teacher’s supplies
  • Shipping container 

All of this will be done following Covid Protocols providing safety for their staff, volunteers and especially the people and children receiving the boxes.
